Jamie has led successful IT transformations and program implementations across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and the Middle East. His experience includes managing internationally distributed teams, working with offshore providers across multiple regions, and establishing IT functions with teams of up to 125 staff and up to 10 direct reports.
He has more than 20 years of experience with large ERP environments, predominantly SAP, and has been involved in major programs recognised through multiple global SAP awards, including SAP MENA Best HR Implementation – Large Enterprise in 2009 and SAP ANZ Best Run Upgrade in 2012.
Across his career, Jamie has worked closely with customers, industry partners, technology vendors, and service providers. He believes in building strong relationships with a focused group of trusted providers rather than managing a fragmented vendor ecosystem where multiple suppliers compete in the same space.
Jamie is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completed in November 2021.
