He has worked with large international companies across Oceania, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, bringing a strategic outlook on technology and a proven track record of delivering business value.

His experience spans construction, retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, and pharmaceutical industries. Across these sectors, Jamie has helped organisations align short and long-term IT strategies with business objectives, delivering improvements in cash flow, inventory levels, profitability, and customer service.

Known for his pragmatic approach to transformation, Jamie helps businesses move into the digital and cloud-based era through structured delivery frameworks, strong process discipline, and technology programs that are driven by business outcomes rather than technology for its own sake.

Jamie has led successful IT transformations and program implementations across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and the Middle East. His experience includes managing internationally distributed teams, working with offshore providers across multiple regions, and establishing IT functions with teams of up to 125 staff and up to 10 direct reports.

He has more than 20 years of experience with large ERP environments, predominantly SAP, and has been involved in major programs recognised through multiple global SAP awards, including SAP MENA Best HR Implementation – Large Enterprise in 2009 and SAP ANZ Best Run Upgrade in 2012.

Across his career, Jamie has worked closely with customers, industry partners, technology vendors, and service providers. He believes in building strong relationships with a focused group of trusted providers rather than managing a fragmented vendor ecosystem where multiple suppliers compete in the same space.

Jamie is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completed in November 2021.
