Jessie is the Community Manager and Demographic Specialist at Factor, where she leads community engagement and development initiatives. Her role involves ensuring effective communication and fostering positive relationships within our community.

With over 20 years of experience in various managerial positions and holding a Certificate of Management from the Australian Institute of Business, her career has included roles such as operations management for multiple spa locations to owning her own business. This extensive and diverse experience has required Jessie to oversee various aspects of business operations and people management.

Outside of work Jessie enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family and has a passion for the water and swimming.
